Punctuality & Lateness PolicyAs our tours are booked exclusively for you, any delay caused by personal lateness will be deducted from your total tour time. Any lateness of 30 minutes or more without prior notice or coordination will be treated as a No-Show, and no refunds will be issued.
Weather PolicyTours will proceed as scheduled in light rain or normal rainy weather. However, in the event of severe weather conditions that threaten safety—such as typhoons or heavy rain warnings—we will assist you with either rescheduling your tour or processing a 100% full refund.

Can we flexibly change the itinerary during the tour?

Yes, absolutely. Since this is a 100% customized tour, we can flexibly adjust the route within the scheduled time based on the day’s weather conditions or the stamina of the travelers.

Is it possible to book a tour for a single (1) traveler?

Certainly! If you would like a private, 1-on-1 exclusive itinerary, simply select the “1 Person” option when making your booking and payment.

Will the tour proceed if the weather is bad?

The tour will run as scheduled in light or normal rain. However, in the event of severe weather that could compromise traveler safety (such as typhoons, heavy rain, or blizzards), we will contact you individually in advance and process a 100% full refund.

How do we settle expenses incurred during the tour, such as transportation or meals?

Aside from the pure guide service fee, all personal expenses—including your meals, transportation, and attraction admission fees—must be paid directly on-site. Furthermore, since your guide will closely accompany you throughout the entire journey, it is standard practice for customized tours that the traveler covers the guide’s meals and transportation costs incurred during the tour.

Is free dining/mealtime included in the total tour hours?

Yes, it is included. Tour hours are calculated from the initial agreed meeting time until the final drop-off/conclusion of the schedule. Even during mealtimes, your guide remains on duty to support you—checking traffic conditions for the next destination, re-verifying restaurant or shop reservations, and ensuring the rest of the day runs smoothly. For dining, you can choose to have your guide accompany you, or if you prefer, you can enjoy a private 1-hour mealtime exclusively with your group.

I don't have a detailed travel plan yet. Will the guide propose an itinerary for me?

Please do not worry. Once your booking is complete, we will propose and discuss a tailored tour itinerary based on the intake form you submit. If you let us know your preferred travel style (e.g., shopping, culinary exploration, must-visit photo spots, etc.), we will design the perfect custom schedule utilizing local expert insights.

Do you also help with advance reservations for famous restaurants or hair salons?

If you plan to visit those places within your booked tour hours, we are happy to assist with advance reservation bookings. However, please note that highly popular hot spots may book out early, so we highly recommend informing us of your requests as early as possible during the tour booking process.
